Michael Weinsoff President CEO
Michael Weinsoff, a 20-year media and marketing veteran, founded Internet Advertising Group in June of 2003. Prior to launching Internet Advertising Group, Mr. Weinsoff held several executive management positions with America Online/Time Warner. Previously, Mr. Weinsoff spent 13 years in management positions with major media companies including Viacom, Paxson Communications and Paramount Pictures. Combining his strong background in media, sales and marketing with his experience in the world of interactive media and technology, Weinsoff’s unique perspective on success in internet marketing has lead to IAG’s position as the leader in performance-based online marketing solutions.
Janice Kinker Vice President of Corporate Communications
Janice Kinker has more than 20 years experience in advertising and marketing, handling major national accounts including 20th Century Fox, MGM-UA, Touchstone Films for a regional advertising agency as well as serving as Director of Marketing and Advertising for a national restaurant chain. With a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Florida, Ms. Kinker brings to Internet Advertising Group a strong background in media buying, copywriting, public relations and directing national campaigns.
David C. Davisson CFO & Vice President of Finance & Operations
Mr. Davisson has over 20 years of experience as a senior financial executive in the advertising, publishing and technology industries. For the past twelve years he has worked as the CFO / COO for a leading wireless telecommunication company located in South Florida. He has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, internal control compliance, as well as overall corporate restructuring. Mr. Davisson began his management career as Controller for a division of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising then went on to manage financial operations for three large U.S. subsidiaries of a large U.K. based publisher. Mr. Davisson has a BBA in finance and an MBA in accounting from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Avril Levy Vice President of Traffic and Inventory Control
Avril Levy is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. Ms. Levy brings to Internet Advertising Group a strong marketing and e-commerce background, having worked for Kaplan University, CBS Sportsline.com and SportingArena.com. With over seven years internet experience, Ms. Levy oversees the company’s extensive publishing operations. Ms. Levy is responsible for the strategic placement and fulfillment of the client’s lead generation offers within the company’s interactive publishing network of sites.
Ginger Estrada Vice President of Education Sales
Ginger Estrada brings 6 years of Internet experience in the areas of Sales, Email Marketing and Media Buying to Internet Advertising Group. Ms. Estrada has worked for IAG for over 4 years. Since joining the IAG sales team four years ago, Ms. Estrada has proven to be an excellent addition to the IAG management team by generating revenue and exceeding company goals. As head of the Education Sales Team, Ms. Estrada continues to contribute to IAG's success in the internet advertising industry.
Evan Balbier Vice President of Programming & Development
Evan Balbier joined Internet Advertising Group in 2005, bringing over 10 years of internet experience in the area of web development, programming and design. Mr. Balbier was an integral part of the growth of eDiets, overseeing the growth of the web development team. He built the web infrastructure and programming department as the public company became one of the early internet success stories. With a background in graphic design and programming, Mr. Balbier also held positions at IBill and other web hosting companies.
Michael R. Romm, Esq. Vice President of Legal Compliance and Corporate Counsel
Michael Romm heads up the legal team ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws affecting internet related business. Prior to joining IAG Interactive, Inc.., Mr. Romm was a former managing partner of a mid-size law firm, past President of his local Bar Association and past Chair of a Legal Ethics Committee. With a degree from Nova Southeastern University Law Center, Mr. Romm brings 20 years of corporate representation experience to Internet Advertising Group.
